Several of the most successful companies have a similar belief – take care of your employees the way you want them to take care of your customers. This course will introduce attendees to the cultures of businesses that are ranked high by their employees as excellent to work for and why. It will also explore ways that practice owners can implement some of those ideas into their practices to help engage team members into a culture of great customer service and touch on areas that may not be commonly thought of such as; emergency practice closures, educational opportunities, and the benefits of excellent communication between owners and team members.
