Course Description:
You are invited to an exclusive 6-webinar series course accredited by the University of Houston, College of Optometry. This course is aimed at providing attendees with the skills of successful individuals and time management skills to be a high-functioning Office Manager in an eye care practice.
Unlock your potential at the Office Manager Leadership Academy, which is the first of its kind to feature education, testing, certification and continued enhancement and support. This course will teach you 3 key management techniques to further enhance your skillset. You will also be introduced to the concept of the Net Promoter Score (NPS) – a tool to measure a customer’s willingness to recommend a company’s products or services to others.
The Office Manager Leadership Academy is recommended for graduates of the original OMCC; seasoned managers and others who already have a significant management background, but did not take the original OMCC.
The webinar sessions will be held from 4:00pm – 5:00pm Pacific Time and are always recorded and available for viewing the following day.
The cost is $495 for Members, and $795 for non-Members. Previous attendees of the OMCC can attend the Leadership Academy for a reduced fee of $395.
