Interpersonal communication is the process by which people exchange information, feelings, and meaning through verbal and non-verbal messages. It is face-to-face communication. Included in the OMCC Leadership Academy is an Interpersonal Skills Profile Analysis that is provided to each attendee. This Interpersonal Communication Skills Inventory is designed to provide individuals with some insights into their communication strengths and potential areas for development. By answering each question candidly, an individual will receive a profile that displays their level of competence in four key communication areas.

What Members Are Saying About the OMCC – Leadership Academy:
I enjoyed learning more about how to be the best manager I can be. I learned about improvements I need to make and concepts to apply to be a better leader in my workplace. – Ashley Wyld, UpTown Eyecare
I’ve taken many courses over the years, Valerie is an exceptional teacher! She had an honest, real world take on the issues we face on a day- to-day basis! My current schedule makes it difficult for many continuing education opportunities, so it was great to be able to view the recorded webinars as the schedule permitted. Sherry was extremely helpful getting me registered at the last second and getting me up to speed on the process! – Shelly Howe, Lakeshore Eyecare, P.C.
