As a Doctor Alliance Group, we are also a business consulting and marketing company, offering innovative programs designed to promote & protect private practice optometry and ophthalmology, helping the independent eye care professional succeed in business.

PECAA was originally established in 2005 by three optometrists in Portland, Oregon. The doctors agreed that most eye care professionals feel as though they are on an island, without the support and resources needed to help them grow their business. The small group started to meet regularly and gradually began to grow, strengthen and build a name and reputation within the industry.
